appartiennent à la phase récente de composition de Nicolas Bacri. Affranchi
des dogmes avant-gardistes, post-sériels de sa formation musicale, Nicolas
Bacri renoue ici " avec la pensée tonale élargie "… "J'aime la profondeur

After having enjoyed his companionship on three recordings - Schumann
with Vinciane Béranger and Anne-Lise Gastaldi, Bartók-Stravinsky with
David Lefèvre and Anne-Lise Gastaldi, Brahms-Reger with Patrick Zygmanowski,
we have given carte blanche to Florent Héau, winner of first prize at
the Toulon International Competition in 1991. He has chosen to offer
us the works for clarinet by Nicolas Bacri, accompanied by · The European
Camerata conducted by Laurent Quenelle (Prix Cziffra, Seattle Young
Artist Festival), resident in London and named 'New Stars of the Millennium'
by William Lyne of the Wigmore Hall · David Lefèvre, Cyrille Mercier,
and Thierry Amadi, respectively violin, viola and cello soloists of
the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo The works presented here
belong to Nicolas Bacri's recent phase of composition. Freed from the
avant-gardist, post-serial dogmas of his musical training, Nicolas Bacri
here returns to 'enlarged tonal conceptions'. 'I like the profundity
